the truth is simpler:

he has no executive experience, is tempermentally unsuited for executive action, being a natural organizer and legislator he is not suited for decisive individual decisionmaking

he is surrounded by syncophants and doesnt know how to create and lead an effective team of problem solvers

the truth is painful enough without your junior highschool girl gushing
